I had tried so many diets, spent tons of money on supplements and work out plans that didn't work! I finally decided enough was enough and I went back to school and studied Nutrition and became an Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach. All of sudden it all made sense! No one should have to suffer the way I did! So I came up with a plan that worked for women like me! One that gave me my confidence back, my skin was glowing, I reduced my stress and my belly shrank! And my passion for helping others do the same began!
