My Super Antioxidants Berry Smoothie


I just finished making one of my favorite foods and I wanted to share my recipe with you!

It’s full of antioxidants (that protect your cells from damage), healthy nutrients, and protein that will give your body the fuel it needs to go through the day!


The best part… it is simple to make and only takes about 5 minutes.


I call it My Super Antioxidants Berry Smoothie

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (I prefer unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (can be frozen, or other fruit of choice)

  • 1/2 cup of organic baby spinach

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Collagen powder (My favorite is Ancient Nutrition)

  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds (or both!)

  • 1/2 avocado for added creaminess

  • 4 ice cubes


Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
